THE DISSIPATED EIGHT

Wednesday May 6th | 7:30 PM

Middlebury College's oldest acapella group, founded in 1952, consistently lies about how many singers they have. Either that or their resident math major is flunking all of his classes.

The singing group arranges all their own music and builds upon a repertoire decades in the making. This means their style ranges from barbershop classics all the way to contemporary pop hits. One thing for certain, D8 knows how to have fun with each other and with their audiences. Moreover, their brilliant musicianship means that they can effortlessly switch from parody music to songs full of genuine heartfelt emotion.

D8 tours the world during weekends and college breaks. To this date, they have recorded 24 albums and 1 EP, and they're just getting started.
